FDA PTFE Envelope gaskets are manufactured by FluorTecno following high quality standards.
The outer part is the PTFE envelope, which guarantees very high chemical performance. Can be made of FDA PTFE, FDA MODIFIED PTFE, FDA BLACK CONDUCTIVE PTFE for ATEX applications.
Inserts can be made of various materials, including asbestos-free fiber, GUAFLON FDA, graphite or conductive materials.
The optional corrugated AISI 316 sheet with grounding fin completes the seal.
The gaskets are made according to the regulations
- DIN 28148
- Basler Norm BN 83
- EN 1514-1 / EN 1514-3
- ANSI B16
as well as on specific customer request. Contact us to learn more.
